Construction is beginning on Long Bay College’s new FIH-standard all-weather hockey turf, starting with earthworks and site preparation.
Construction hours:
Monday to Friday: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday: 7.30 am to 1.00 pm
Expect construction noise, earthmoving equipment and additional truck movements. Heavy vehicles will not operate from 8.00 to 9.00 am or 2.30 to 3.30 pm on school days.
The site will be fenced and secured. Public access around the perimeter will remain open, with dust and traffic controls in place.
