Scholarships and record-breaking NCEA results

We congratulate our Deputy Head Girl and Dux, Caitlin Scott, who performed extremely well in her Scholarship exams and earned an Outstanding Scholarship in Biology plus Scholarships for Chemistry and English.

Grace Coffman, a 2019 Prefect, achieved Scholarship in Dance, which was a first for the College after the introduction of Dance as a Scholarship subject in 2019.

We are delighted for of all of our students who achieved Scholarships across a wide range of subjects and of our teaching staff who supported them with their studies.

This week at assembly, we celebrated our Scholarship students and explored the theme of  ‘Expecting the best from yourself and shooting for the stars,’ just as our talented Scholarship students have proved is possible. As a school, we also proudly acknowledged our students’ 2019 NCEA results. Student achievement records were broken across Levels 1-3 and well exceeded national averages, demonstrating the dedication of our students and the quality of our teaching staff. Congratulations everyone!
