Long Bay College’s Fashion Technology students showcased their fantastic work at the biannual Fashion Show this week. From onesies to streetwear, retro styling to high fashion, our students’ work was creative and innovative. The show, which was completely student-led was professionally put together and included vocal performances from Amelia Claridge and Mia Tayler as well as a routine from our Mega Crew. It was a great evening, enjoyed by a full auditorium of family and friends. Congratulations to everyone involved, with a special thanks to our Fashion Technology teacher, Mrs Sharon O’Dowd. Proceeds raised from the Fashion Show will be donated to KidsCan. To view and purchase photos from the Show, please click here.
A student’s reflection of the Fashion Show

The 2019 Long Bay College Fashion Show was an incredible experience. Seeing the garments go from concepts on paper to garments on the runway was such a transformation. And, watching the show came together was amazing! For me, the highlights were seeing how the final outfits looked when they were fully made up and ready for the show. Also it was cool how the dances and singers added to the show and how sassy everyone looked. Everyone who participated in the show is so talented, so thanks to you all!
