Long Bay College 2025 Scholarship Results

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in the 2025 NZQA Scholarship examinations, recognising their dedication, academic excellence, and commitment to learning.
We received further good news with three Top in Subject awards nationally, and Premier Scholar Tymon Mieszkowski being named among the Top 13 scholars in New Zealand. Long Bay College has also tied with two other schools on the North Shore for the highest number of Top Scholars Nationwide.
2025 DUX
We are delighted to announce Tymon Mieszkowski as the 2025 Dux. This prestigious award recognises exceptional academic performance across Scholarship subjects and reflects sustained excellence throughout senior study.  Tymon’s achievement is a testament to his hard work, resilience, and genuine passion for learning.
Unfortunately, Tymon was unable to attend the Scholarship Assembly to receive his Dux Award in person, however, his brother Emil proudly accepted the award on his behalf.
Congratulations on this outstanding and well-deserved achievement.
We congratulate Isabel Brennan for receiving Proxime Accessit, whose outstanding achievement, dedication and perseverance have been equally impressive.
