Members of the Sky Sport Tall Ferns Womens’ Basketball squad together with members of Long Bay College’s Girls’ Basketball team joined forces recently for charity. They helped load a truck with the College’s large donation of secondhand desks, chairs and sporting equipment so that it can be sent to children in the Pacific Islands. It was a great opportunity for our girls to connect with their heroes, and together with staff, live our school value of ‘Community’ by contributing to an important cause.
