After returning from lockdown, Year 9 Digital Art students started working on a Stop Motion Animation project. They had to incorporate an ‘ecology’ message’ in their storyline and came up with some inventive animations. Click below to see the example created by Igor Zharenikov, Gabe Elamparo and Christopher Du Plessis. Their animation is a fun and engaging submission with a strong story line and clear distinct characters i.e. rubbish monster is attacked by recycle man. They have created their animation using cut paper techniques and used a digital stop motion app to film it. Post production editing, such as adding credits and sound effects was completed in Adobe Premier Pro. The boys did well with their creative response to the brief. View the animation here.
